an overall description or summary of an individual’s relative standing or characteristics obtained by collating the findings from a series of tests or subtests. For example, a personality profile may show the data gathered on personality and other tests of interest and be used to evaluate the individual in areas related to his or her personal, educational, and professional lives, including temperament, decision-making methods and communication style, and general attitude toward work and life.
