Sotos syndrome
an autosomal dominant inherited disorder characterized by macrocephaly, distinctive facial features (including wide-set eyes), and learning disabilities or delayed development. Affected infants and children tend to grow quickly and are significantly taller than their siblings and peers, although adult height is usually in the normal range.
