no-suicide contract

a specific agreement made between a therapist and a client who is a suicide risk that the client will not take his or her own life. The therapist often establishes this agreement as an intermediary measure (e.g., until the next therapy session). See also contract.

the formation or change of an attitude as a result of the association of an attitude object with a pleasant or unpleasant stimulus in the environment. Attitudes may be conditioned via classical conditioning or operant conditioning processes.
