job criterion

the standard used to evaluate employees on a specific dimension of performance in a job. The criterion usually consists of a supervisor’s rating of employee performance, but objective measures, such as quantity of productivity or absence rate, may also be used. foramen

n. (pl. foramina) an anatomical opening or hole, particularly in a bone. For example, the foramen magnum is a large opening at the base of the skull through which the spinal cord and the vertebral arteries pass.
