illicit

adj. illegal: particularly referring to psychoactive drugs that have few or no legitimate medical uses or that are not legally available to the person using them. The term may also refer to substance use and other behavior that is contrary to social convention or custom or is otherwise prohibited or disapproved of, as in an illicit sexual relationship.
