Harris v. Forklift Systems Inc.

a case resulting in a 1993 U.S. Supreme Court ruling that in sexual harassment cases the victim is not required to show psychological injury as a consequence of the offensive behavior and that a reasonable person standard should be used to judge the offensiveness of the conduct.
