test analysis

a detailed statistical assessment of a test’s psychometric properties, including an evaluation of the quality of the test items and of the test as a whole. It usually includes information such as the mean and standard deviation for the test scores in the population used to develop the test, as well as data on the test’s reliability; it may also include data on such factors as item difficulty value, item discriminability, and the effect of item distractors.
