stereogram

n. a picture perceived to have depth because it is produced by the binocular summation of two separate images of the same scene, each image slightly offset from the other in the horizontal plane. Although a stereoscope is commonly used to view the images, some observers can fuse the two images by simply crossing or uncrossing their eyes.
