Sohval–Soffer syndrome

a rare congenital disease characterized by intellectual disability and testicular deficiency, as well as skeletal anomalies and diabetes mellitus. The penis and testes are small, and facial and pubic hair is sparse. [reported in 1953 by Arthur R. Sohval (1904–1985) and Louis J. Soffer (1904–1995), U.S. physicians]
