secondary suggestibility

a form of suggestibility that responds to indirect or hidden influence, as contrasted with direct or primary suggestibility. Some test results have indicated that these forms of suggestibility are only weakly correlated. Also called indirect suggestibility. See also tertiary suggestibility. [proposed by Hans Eysenck]
