Seashore Rhythm Test

a neuropsychological test in which the participant listens to a recording of pairs of rhythmic patterns and indicates whether they are the same or different. The test is used by neuropsychologists to measure generalized cerebral function, although it was developed as a subtest of the Seashore Measures of Musical Talent to predict musical talent and knowledge.
