rehabilitation team
a group of health care specialists who coordinate their efforts in the rehabilitation of patients on an individual basis. A rehabilitation team may include plastic surgeons, orthopedic surgeons, neurologists, psychologists, psychiatrists, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and others, depending on the needs of the patient.
