rehabilitation program

the overall system of rehabilitation services provided in support of an individual with an illness, injury, or physical or mental disability, disorder, or impairment. A program is typically customized to meet the specific needs of each individual and may include physical therapy, recreational therapy, occupational therapy, and psychotherapy; educational and vocational programs; and appropriate specialty services, such as speech therapy and orientation and mobility training.
