oscillopsia

n. the sensation of perceiving oscillating movement of the environment. This illusory movement can be caused by (bilateral) vestibular cerebellar injury, paralysis of extrinsic eye muscles, or nystagmus, but it may also be due to cerebral disorders (e.g., seizures, occipital lobe infarction).
