nomological network

a conceptual network: a broadly integrative theoretical framework that identifies the key constructs associated with a phenomenon of interest and the associations among those constructs. For example, psychopathy is a complex notion involving a significant nomological network of knowledge and speculations about components, causes, correlates, and consequences as well as their interrelationships and means of measurement or evaluation.
