multivariate normality

the situation in which the values for a set of variables have an even distribution, with most scores falling in the middle of the range and a smaller number of high and low scores. In other words, a set of scores demonstrating multivariate normality follows a multivariate normal distribution and lacks outliers or extreme scores.
