Maroteaux–Lamy syndrome
an inherited disorder of connective tissue and skeletal development: one of the mucopolysaccharidoses. It is marked by dwarfism of the trunk and extremities and in some cases delayed closure of the cranial sutures, maldevelopment of the facial bones, and hearing loss.
