Kleeblattschädel syndrome

a congenital disorder characterized by a three-lobed skull caused by upward and lateral bulging of the brain through skull sutures. Affected individuals also have hydrocephalus, severe intellectual disabilities, and abnormally short limbs. Also called cloverleaf skull. [from German Kleeblatt, “cloverleaf,” and Schädel, “skull”]
