zuclopenthixol

n. a conventional antipsychotic of the thioxanthene class. Side effects include sedation, neuromuscular rigidity, and dystonia, and—like similar agents—it is associated with long-term risk of tardive dyskinesia. Zuclopenthixol is not available in the United States. Canadian trade name: Clopixol.
