Goltz syndrome

a congenital multisystem disorder marked by eye anomalies, absent or extra digits, and especially skin lesions, particularly nodules of herniated subcutaneous fat in thin skin areas. About 5% of affected individuals tested have been found to have intellectual disability. Also called focal dermal hypoplasia; Goltz–Gorlin syndrome.
