Galton’s questionary

a set of questions sent by Francis Galton to 200 eminent men of science in Britain. The recipients were asked about matters ranging from their physiology (e.g., hat size) to their religious and political background and their reasons for undertaking a career in science. This study, published in 1874 as English Men of Science, is acknowledged as the first use of a questionnaire for psychological research.
