female ejaculation

expulsion of a lubricating fluid by the vestibular glands of a woman during sexual stimulation and orgasm. The fluid may reach peak flow before orgasm, often increasing when stimulation is prolonged. Some researchers deny the existence of female ejaculation; however, it has been written about since the 4th century, and many women attest to having experienced it. See also Graefenberg spot.
