ethnic psychology
a branch of psychology that studies how the culture, language, and related phenomena of different ethnic groups within a nation or region affect the attitudes, experiences, and behaviors of group members. Influenced by sociology, the field focuses on the unique sociocultural attributes of those of different races and ethnicities within each society, particularly as related to social class distinctions.
