Dunn–Šidák procedure

Dunn–Šidák procedure

a statistical technique that uses multiple comparisons to assess whether three or more samples are significantly different. More powerful (requiring a less stringent significance level) than the Dunn–Bonferroni procedure, it assumes that each of the comparison tests is independent of all the others. Also called Dunn–Šidák method; Dunn–Šidák test. [Olive Jean Dunn, U.S. mathematician; Zbynek Šidák (1933–1999), Czech statistician]
