creativity measurement

any psychological testing that is designed to identify creativity or divergent thinking. Existing tests focus on a variety of factors, such as an individual’s fluency with words and ideas or ability to generate original associations; tasks may involve finding solutions to practical problems, suggesting different endings to stories, or listing unusual uses for objects (see alternate-uses test).
