coprolalia

n. spontaneous, unprovoked, and uncontrollable use of obscene or profane words and expressions, particularly those related to feces. It is a symptom that may be observed in individuals with a variety of neurological disorders, particularly Tourette’s disorder. See also latah. Also called coprophrasia.
