a former name for an individual with antisocial personality disorder. The term psychopathic inferior was introduced in 1888 by German physician Robert Koch (1843–1910) and included by Emil Kraepelin in his classification of mental disorders (1893). Adolf Meyer added the word constitutional in the sense of deep-seated (but not congenital).
