These facilities or services include halfway houses, group homes, sheltered workshops and supported work arrangements, supervised and supportive residences, special education or integrated education programs for children and young people, in-home treatment and family support, personal-care or home-care assistance, case management or service coordination, cooperative living, and hospital-based or free-standing clinics.
