n. the surgical removal of the foreskin of the penis, typically for religious, cultural, or medical reasons. Circumcision is often performed in infancy but may be performed at any age.

feasibility test

an investigation conducted prior to a study in order to establish properties of response measures and to determine the successfulness of the study’s design. It is used to establish the validity of response measures, to provide early information on the probable level of effects, or to try out new methodologies.
