cannabis-induced psychotic disorder

a rare disorder marked by persecutory delusions associated with cannabis intoxication, sometimes accompanied by marked anxiety, emotional lability, depersonalization, and subsequent amnesia for the episode. The disorder usually remits within a day, although it may persist for a few days. Hallucinations occur rarely. Also called cannabis psychosis.

in DSM–IV–TR, a mood disorder characterized by symptoms that are less severe but more enduring than those in major depressive disorder. It is identified as persistent depressive disorder in DSM–5. Also called dysthymia.
