n. comradeship: goodwill and light-hearted rapport between friends or members of a social group, especially of a military unit. Camaraderie is an important component of the morale, unit cohesion, and esprit de corps required in forming and sustaining unit dynamics. It can also serve as a buffer in protecting members of a unit.
