behavioral phenotype

a pattern of observable motor, cognitive, linguistic, and social abnormalities that is consistently associated with a disorder. In some cases, the behavioral phenotype may constitute a discrete psychological disorder; in others, the abnormalities are usually not regarded as symptoms of a psychological disorder.
