Albright’s hereditary osteodystrophy

a hereditary condition that resembles hypoparathyroidism but is caused by failure of response to, rather than deficiency of, parathyroid hormone (see pseudohypoparathyroidism). It is commonly marked by short stature, obesity, short metacarpals, and ectopic calcification. [Fuller Albright]

mammography

n. a diagnostic procedure that uses low-dose X-ray photography to detect breast tumors or other abnormalities, either noncancerous (benign) or cancerous (malignant). The X-ray negative produced is called a mammogram.
