undifferentiated somatoform disorder

undifferentiated somatoform disorder

in DSM–IV–TR, a somatoform disorder in which one or more physical complaints persist for 6 months or longer and cannot be explained by a known medical condition. Unlike factitious disorder or malingering, these symptoms are not intentionally feigned or produced. This disorder has been eliminated from DSM–5.
