pudendal nerve

pudendal nerve

a combined sensory and motor nerve that carries fibers to the muscles and skin of the perineal region from branches of the second, third, and fourth sacral nerves (see spinal nerve). It terminates as the dorsal nerve of the penis or clitoris.
