primary obsessional slowness

an uncommon and severe subtype of obsessive-compulsive disorder characterized by an excessive orderliness and by routine self-care (e.g., washing, brushing teeth, getting dressed) that takes many hours to complete. [first described in 1974 by psychologist Stanley Rachman (1934–  )]
