objective test

objective test

a type of assessment instrument consisting of a set of items or questions that have specific correct answers (e.g., How much is 2 + 2?), such that no interpretation, judgment, or personal impressions are involved in scoring. True–false tests are an example. In contrast, short-answer and essay examinations are subjective tests.
