evaluation objective

evaluation objective

any of the purposes of an evaluation of a program. For example, the purpose of formative evaluations is to consider implementation problems, program integrity, and program monitoring, whereas the purpose of summative evaluations is to focus on program impact, program effectiveness, and cost analysis.
