alexia with agraphia

alexia with agraphia

a form of acquired dyslexia in which both reading and writing ability are impaired. Often problems producing or comprehending speech are also present. The condition is traditionally associated with lesions of the angular gyrus but is now known to involve other regions of the brain as well.
