alcoholic brain syndrome

any of several syndromes associated with the acute or chronic effects of alcohol on brain function, including alcohol intoxication delirium, alcohol withdrawal delirium, alcohol-induced persisting dementia, alcohol-induced persisting amnestic disorder, and alcohol-induced psychotic disorder.
